Börje was in every way personally involved in the design process and gave input on functions, the bracelet, the black dial, the crown. Another example is the chronograph function (a nod to the time when he used to train and time his daughter Bianca). Last but not least, the second hand in the form of the CN Tower was Börje’s idea – as well as the freely interpreted King logo on the crown.
Limited edition, made by order
There are a couple of prototypes that you’re welcome to take a closer look at, if and when you’re in Stockholm or Toronto. One is on display at the Scandinavian Watch Company show room on Ringvägen 50 in Stockholm.
Each of the upcoming timepieces will be individually numbered (from 1 to 1148), and produced in the order they are reserved. The first hundred numbers are reserved for NHL-players.
The estimated delivery time ranges from one to a maximum of nine months.
